As the personification of the throne, the goddess Isis  was an important representation of the pharaoh's power. The pharaoh was depicted as her child, who sat on the throne she provided.

Tartessos was a semi-mythical harbor city and the surrounding culture on the south coast of the Iberian Peninsula (in modern Andalusia, Spain), at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River.  It is believed that Tartessians worshiped the goddess Astarte or Potnia.
